Mostly all of these changes are needed, however the Lavahound nerf is unnecessary, the strong attribute of it is the health, not damage, as a flying version of the Golem, its health should be receiving a nerf rather than the damage.
Furthermore, Golden knight and Little Prince could use a buff, both of these cards are rarely used in the top 200, or even in ultimate champion, Little princes guardian needs more health, and the Golden knight’s ability feels underwhelming.
Notes; A lot of feedback from players mentions the Pekka, Ram rider and Recruits, amongst these three, only the Ram rider needs a nerf, she almost always connects to the tower, and her lasso passive feels overwhelming, perhaps a nerf to her slow ability would suffice. Regarding the Pekka & Recruits, Both of these cards are balanced, and only have 11 concurrent players using the Recruits in the top 200, The recruits are well balanced, and are usually countered by Pekka & Goblin-stein which are in the current meta.
lava and Pecka DO NOT NEED A NERF, they are inherently getting nerfed. They will be far worse next season because the chef tower made all beat down better. They will be far worse . Pecka has had 6 NERFS. Then u add it won’t be used with chef. Make no sense to nerf cards that will already be worse in the meta
Like the Gob Giant nerf, Rune Giant nerf + the buffs are good… The Development team is doing such a great work since a while, but there’re stuff didn’t fix yet like the E Drag and the evo dart goblin trail vanishing time these 2 will cause more issues… But overall the balance is great!

Evo goblin giant activation for goblins to spawn : 50% → 60% , spawn time : nerf to 2 second per goblin
Evo pekka : unable to heal after destroying building and tower
Increase base hp 5%, decrease maximum hp
Nerf : goblinstein
Remove doctor’s stun , ability now stun troops every 1.5 seconds , duration 4.5 second
Monster damage same as ice golem
Buff : -clone deal same damage as rage
-Radius of goblin curse and clone spell same as graveyard
-Rune giant can buff itself
-Mirrored troops need 0.5 elixir more instead of 1
-Goblin machine rocket has no blind range
-Goblin demolisher deal same damage as bomber
-Suspicious bush has dead damage , same as ice golem explosion
-Barb hut , furnace , tombstone , elixir pump has 50% damage reduction before their first spawn (e.g spawn 3 barb for barb hut , generate 1 elixir for elixir pump)
three m has 20% spell damage reduction for 2 seconds after spawn , elixir cost : 9->8.5
battle healer attack range same as pekka , move faster when attacking , gain 20% damage reduction when moving
Evo snowball deal extra damage ( can kill goblins)
E barb gain rage and heal for 0.5 seconds after destroy 5 targets not including tower and buildings
fire spirit count increase from 1 to 2
Monk slightly gain movement speed after third attack
Sparky first attack shot decrease from 4 to 2 seconds , gain 20% damage reduction before first shot is ready
