Me personally, I do think that the Boss Bandit needs a hitpoint nerf, preferably a 10% to 15% nerf, because it may be a bit overwhelming to counter her if you don’t have the right cards or use up all your elixir. I mean yeah you could counter her with a swarm card or a mini tank, but the problem is that your opponent could kill your swarm card with a spell or they could use the ability twice to kill your mini tank, leaving you with not enough elixir or a proper counter to stop the boss bandit from reaching your tower. I feel like that a hitpoint nerf would be in the right direction for her as it would make her feel a little less oppressive. And I believe that this would still make her viable in a few decks.
