Base pekka is really a bad card or its own and most people agree and always comment about that.
Evo pekka also is really bad it needs 5% more healing. In addition, Troops like musketeer, ice wizard, and such cards should be considered a medium heal for pekka and not a small heal. Otherwise the healing of evo pekka is still weak and not balanced.
The best approach to fix pekka and its evo is a 6%hp buff to base pekka (pekka hp was like this always before the rework 2 or 3 years ago which gave pekka more range and less hp, the range is gone but the hp is not restored), it is a necessity and will fix both base pekka and evo pekka (evo pekka will survive longer therefore get more heals).
But other potential buffs to be applied should be one of the below:
- range buff.
- dps buff (damage buff or faster hitspeed) + quicker first hit.
An hp buff to base pekka means that pekka will finally land the final hit when it reaches troops and towers before it dies. Also pekka will slightly survive more on defense against big pushes like golem night witch or evo megaknight plus prince. Pekka right now cannot survive these kind of pushes only low health as it used to be (pekka should atleast be good on defense).
The Range buff will do similar effects to pekka/evo pekka but wont allow pekka to survive such pushes on defense. Also range might make evo pekka op.
The damage buff should allow pekka to one shot piggies and hunter and fisherman. And allows for better and faster at defending big tanks. It also helps evo pekka kill troops faster in some situations since it can does more damage. Finally more damage mean more deserved damage when it be successful in reaching towers (it is really difficul for pekka).
