WIP Balance Changes for May 2024 (Season 59)

Firecracker isn’t balanced with not dying to arrows. Needing 5+ elixir of spells to kill it for many decks without fireball/poison. Evos should be mainly about their unique special ability and have no extra health/damage(or very little like the knight/valk). Evo mortar is one of only 3 evolutions I have unlocked and levelled and I’m still happy to see all these bonus hp nerfs to the evos because they ruin the game being WAY too strong, they should be a slight boost through the unique ability and that’s it. For firecracker that is the significant amount of extra damage the sparks do to towers and troops… making it way tankier on top of that isn’t balanced
