I lost my account

I lost my account. My player name is kralj, I’m level 8 or 9. I was challanger 1 when I lost account. Account is made 3-4 years ago and I lost it nearly a year ago.
When I type my name, kralj, I see only first 100 players and I’m not im top 100. Please help me
