Honestly in my opinion I think the balance changes look quite good. I feel that dart goblin although my favorite card needed to be toned down and a bit and overall it feels like they’re doing good. I feel the pekka evo is maybe a bit too strong still? Maybe a slight HP gain back nerf could be considered balanced but other than that I feel that they did good this time!
