I think these changes are good- but I’d propose either a 3% or 9% damage buff to base pekka because she would be able to one shot fisherman, royal hogs with 3% and hunter with 9%
I’d also add a boss bandit nerf- a health nerf from 2803 to 2607- a 7% health nerf
Prince is somewhat balanced statistically at a 9% usage rate, but guards getting nerfed would make him stronger so I’d preemptively nerf his health slightly by 4%- 1920-1843, so he doesn’t get as many 1 hp charges (you could even do 6% so he takes one less tower shot to kill but it might be too much)
Finally, we need goblin demolisher and further void buffs! These cards were both over nerfed in October and need help.
Id buff void’s single target damage by 5% so it can kill AQ, and one shot bomber with one strike
I’d buff GD by reverting his hit speed nerf from 1.2 seconds to 1.1 or even buffing him further to 1 second

But log and arrows have much higher usage rate at around 35%, plus they can be used very well in defence and offence and they have double and quadriple the amount of crown tower damage respectively. Also splash cards can always be taken out by lightning or fireball plus arrows, so splash cards are not an issue with if they make tornado stronger.
I’d nerf them too to be honest; they are both too prevalent
Log should honestly have its range nerfed to no longer hit princess towers- it’s good enough without chipping towers as well
And forcing someone to bring lightning and/or fireball plus arrows is super restrictive and would be an unhealthy meta- recall LP on release or E dragon evolution or pre nerf Goblinstein doctor

The rocket is currently underperforming compared to the other big damage spells (fireball, poison, lightning). I think the damage it does is balanced for 6 elixirs, but it should also have the same radius as the fireball.
However you also have snowball and rage which can take out spear goblins and evolved bats at only 2 elixer, while tornado is a 3 elixer investment that cannot take out spear goblins and bats. You have to deploy another spell with tornado in order to take out all troops plus swarms, which could cost you 5 elixer. Otherwise, why would you spend 3 elixer only to pull troops without taking swarm out. Arrows at only 3 elixer can do better. For example if there is a royal recruits push plus goblin gang and bats, would an 3 elixer investment be justified for tornado if it can only pull these troops back with barely any damage to the recruits and cannot even take out the swarms?
Tornado’s insane crowd control is really all it deserves- it’s like saying freeze should do more damage since fireball and poison do it (maybe not the best example since freeze is kinda bad but my point still stands)
Like in the freeze’s case, tornado’s ability is strong enough to warrant not doing much damage- even if it feels inconsistent with other spells
Alternatively they could rework it by buffing its damage to kill spear goblins (60% damage buff, from 84-134) and nerf its radius to 5 tiles, which I wouldn’t mind
Man I agree on the crowd control, but look, the crowd control is only insanely good if you a splash card like an executioner because fireball does not take him out, otherwise the tornadoing will be not effective because the splash card will not survive.
A splash card like executioner plus the tornado will cost too much elixer to take out the whole push. Why would you do that when you can just use things like, poison plus a building like bomb tower or poison plus any really strong defensive card?
All I am just trying to say is that tornado use is useless now when you have better options, especially in top ladder. It really just needs its damage reverted so it can be viable against swarms.
