Goblin barrel rework is actually an indirect nerf against dagger dutchess.I strongly believe it will hardly get any stabs to dagger dutchess tower troop post balance changes . The deploy timer buff is not useful in this kinds of scenarios and so it can’t be considered as rework. Goblin barrel is not an over powered card that needs a nerf. Please don’t increase (make slower) the first hit speed
