WIP Balance Changes for June 2024 (Season 60)

Option 2 tones down her current potency while keeping her weak after she’s out of ammo- while letting you get to that weak phase faster.

Option 1 puts her a bit closer to princess tower, with much less burst damage during her power time, and less weak during the weak time.

I am choosing 2 because I think she should stay unique as a legendary, and I like being able to punish her weakness with cards like skeleton barrel, graveyard, and drill.

Yeah she will deal less damage with 8 daggers then after she ran out of dagger she will turn into a princess tower you call that a nerf nigger?

Does the spear goblin buff include the spear goblins in goblin gang, goblin hut, and goblin giant?

Her gimmick is the reloading. If she has less Daggers she’ll spend more time reloading

Doesn’t he synergize with Prince, like in Giant double prince

Little prince nerf is overkill considering the ability won’t even kill spear or stab goblins if this doesn’t get adjusted. Are they trying to balance the card and bring its usage rate down to a healthy level or are they trying to completely kill the card and have it be like the golden knight right now with next to no usage high ladder?

The ability charge damage of little prince could use a nerf I think that’s the right place to target but 75% is too much it should definitely still kill spear goblins and stab goblins. A ~50% charge damage nerf would allow it to still kill goblins but be a very significant nerf still. Even just from a visual standpoint it would be weird, it’s a massive guardian with a massive sword dashing in, barely putting a dent in the stab goblins hp bar and not killing spear goblins either

Also Evo wizard will easily be the best evo in the game after these, right now the pretty clear top 3 seems to be knight, wizard and tesla evolutions. So with only 2 of the 3 getting nerfed Evo wizard will be an overly high usage rate. The strength of the shield’s pushback could be toned down to the same amount of the phoenix’s death pushback, because it’s way more atm.

So firstly I would like to say that SC should be really careful makimg dagger duchess nerf. To my mind this tower doesn’t need a huge nerf. For me the second option it’s a really bad, we need to keep in mind that after the duchess use its daggers is almost useless, so daggers reduction to 6 would make this tower completly trashy. I am against that second option. Option no. 1 seems better but in my opinion it should’t be there that dramatic percentage maby better it would be -20 % of dmg and +20% hit speed. We need to remeber that for the reason that this tower is really fast in the beggining later once it uses all its daggers it is almost useless agains heavy decks with tanks and not only that decks also some types of bajts.
Secondly I think that prince would be too powerful with only 1.5 tiles of charge. It would be better if it is around 2 -2.5. This card makes insane dmg because of the charge. Need to be careful to not make too op this card.
I would like to mention about cannoneer tower. Recently, I have barely seen this tower in the game. It means that it needs a bit of rework. My proposal is that because of the specific type of this tower it would be nice if this tower would have a bit larger splash dmg. This tower hit speed is really slowly, the dmg is ok in my opinion. Let’s make it worth it to use with a bit vast splash even though this slow hit speed.
Last thing. Firecracker has got hp nerf and right away after that it became a lava season. Let’s give it back some hp to firecracker on evolution because it dies after arrows spell.

Everyone, please as a community vote option 1. The second option does not change the inherent brokenness of the duchess against small units, it needs a damage nerf. Many small hp cards will still be obsolete without a damage nerf for example, archers spear goblins, wall breakers, dart goblin. In terms of balancing, option 1 is the only option that actually makes sense, and will change plenty of interactions with small units which is what we as a community want.

Little prince ability not being able to kill goblins is crazy. He’s overpowered because of his versatility not because of his damage.

Agree, rework is the best option

The Lp nerf is way to harsh. Dying to Fireball, is enoguh (the other nerf to the hitspeed is okay.

But, where are the buffs to the furnace and the barb hut!?

Here some options
Barb hut +1 elixier +75% more hp
Furnace +1 spirit per wave

The prince buff is also too op, 2.25 tiles is enough
Vote 1 option DD, it is the most significant change!

DD rework needs a charge rate increase with that hit speed because it just empties its daggers faster

Ram and Prince charge up buff is too large, 1.5 tiles is way too short of a distance for how much dmg it does.

Evo Knight now becomes a reg knight when not walking…so much for being evolved

little prince nerf is a blatant money grab - nerf the best champion into the ground right before they release the new champion. 75% reduction is way too much.
