I don’t understand why — but there appears to be some issues with a few users in Malaysia — are you in Malaysia?
I don’t know why that’s the case but for now, can you try the following:
- Changing your DNS to 1.1.1.1
- OR try VPN
Basically, we don’t see this issue except from users in Malaysia, and the only meaningful explanation is that it’s network issues, which isn’t something that we can fix (as our servers are fine)
It could be related to this — although this mentions Singapore only. But if say your ISP uses Singapore data center then it could be affected. Really hard to say.

Btw, could you let me know your ISP? I think that I should contact them since we have found a lot of users from Malaysia with this issue and it’s clearly a dns issue.
