I recently left my clan as I’m taking a break from the game. I see that royaleapi keep updating my profile that I’m still enrolled in the clan with 0 score. Is this a glitch or am I missing something? Please see screenshot.

This is not a glitch. Participant list for a clan is constant throughout the season — whether the person is in the clan or not. We didn’t implement it this way. Supercell did. I don’t remember the exact reason but I believe that it had to do with very early on in CW2 where clans kept on cycling players. So the participant list was kept active showing everyone who participated for the entire season.
