Utility cards

Anyone else think Supercell needs to add more utility based cards in the form of buildings or spells? For instance, what about a one elixir building that is literally just a barrel to distract hog rider and balloons and doesnt do any damage? Or a bear trap that does some damage and holds the rider in place. Why do we have to put troops inside barrels?! I just want an empty barrel and my life would be complete.

Also we have monk now so where is the force field/reflector spell? There is a real niche for simple cards that are not being fulfilled which I think supercell is overlooking
