Out of curiosity, why can you not share the Rating formula you use? I’m very interested in how Rating is calculated and am dying to know it. I understand you won’t share it, but I hope it’s not too troublesome or annoying if I ask why.

Oh, that’s mainly because we prefer to keep advanced know-how to ourselves. Whenever there’s a specific feature that may distinguish us from competitors, it seems reasonable to keep it private.
