Hi, I just asked on Twitter about the removal of information because I see multiple support issues here that make it seem like this is impossible.
I was told that it is usually possible and now I was wondering why my request form from about 1 1/2 months ago and the one before, 20 days earlier, were seemingly ignored.
So apparently I did something wrong, so I’m asking here? What can I do to get my Twitter link from the Esports profile removed?
Twitter links cannot be removed, we consider them basic information.
I see, thanks for your reply. I gotta say, though, I don’t think that’s a good idea. It is a common occurrence that people get annoyed after losing and go on their enemy’s profile or their dms to hate on them and get an unnecessary amount of attention because of their toxicity. I am sure you are aware of this consequence so what do you say about that?
Probably blocking bad actors or restricting your DMs will be more effective solutions.
