AppGrade has something like that and I think it is an amazing idea to measure how good competitive players really are on a statistical basis. In case of the AppGrade Ranking, without wanting to insult the platform, I think it is fairly poorly managed overall, so I would love to see a more refined version of such a project. I know managing all of this is a lot of work, but I thought, if any platform can do it properly, it would be this one.
