Need to find out my player tag

I never created a Supercell ID and my account got locked. I was able to find out my clan and get a new account to get the information on my old account. I think I typed my player tag incomplete or wrong. I’m not sure if someone kicked my old account out of the clan. the only information I got is the following

name on account grunpyaztec
number of trophies 6786
my old clan was sniper clan
