1 month ago I made a request to change my nickname because on the game I changed my nickname
but I still have no answer that’s why I contacted support
and I would like to change my Twitter account and put a new one
The names displayed in esports profiles are intentionally independent to the in-game names, which makes them permanent. We don’t usually allow players to change them without an outstanding reason

I didn’t know they were permanent
this means that if we change our name in game, we won’t be able to change it in the esport profile unless there is an exception
i guess the request of just wanting to change the name on the esport profile is not enough for you to accept
