Issue Creating My Esports Profile

I’ve tried several times to create my Esports profile on your platform, but unfortunately, it has never worked. I filled out everything correctly and submitted the request, but nothing has happened – no confirmation, no profile created.

If the issue is related to multiple accounts, I want to clarify that I am the rightful owner of all three accounts involved. I have proof of ownership (screenshots, login information, email records) and can provide it if needed.

To be honest, I really want to have my Esports profile set up, and I’m even willing to pay $15 to the person who helps create it – just to respect their time and effort. Honestly, that’s cheaper than a chest in Clash Royale, and it means more to me.

I’d appreciate any help in getting this resolved.

Hello, as I mentioned on Twitter, we have some requirements to approve esports profiles and not everyone is eligible to have one. It’s not about money, we simply try to stay consistent with all the requests we receive.

If your profile wasn’t added, it usually means it was rejected, but I’m afraid we can’t give more details than that.
