How do you get listed as a Clan Family or Clan on RoyaleAPI?

I tried following the steps you had on RoyaleAPI to get listed as a clan, however it is a bit complicated and I don’t know what I am doing wrong. Can somebody provide me more explicit instructions?

For step #1,

I opened YAML, but I have no idea what the “3 back ticks” are and less on knowing how to open and close a new issue.

How do I do this?
