How can I recover my account?

When I reinstall Clash Royale, it detects my old King Level 54 account through Game Center and asks if I want to load it. But when I click yes, it just sends me to the Supercell ID login page, which I can’t do anymore because the supercell ID email has been changed without me knowing. I still have access to the first email I used for the account, my player ID, and confirmation emails for past purchases. I’ve tried automated in-game support but it didn’t work and I tried sending emails to support but they just tell me to try the bot again. Is there any way to actually reach a real support person who can help instead of getting automated messages?

Hopefully you realise that the recovery process being too lenient is what allowed the account to be stolen in the first place. To avoid that, you’d want them to be more strict, not less.

Problem isn’t about them being strict problem is that they are refusing to let me talk to an actual person so I can prove the account is mine, I literally have all the information they can possibly need but I just can’t talk to a real person. I am stuck with useless automated bot messages.

Same problem with me too. No live support only bot is contacting. I can even prove that’s my id but still no support
