The update is coming after the race starts so clans can still member cicling before?
And the decks are resetting at 10:00 UTC but the race starts two hours before that.
It will@count 24 hrs from the decks reset or from@the race starts ?
And if it is from the decks reset the two hours between race starting and decks resetting will count as a previous day?
Most likely what would happen is that the update will get pushed to the App Store before 10am UTC, and then the game goes into maintenance. When maintenance is done then the war would have started and so everyone will start at the same time.
Deck reset time will be at 10am UTC every day.
War day will also start at 10am UTC
