I have a few clanmates who have come to the same problem of seeing other players who have unlocked Champions and using it in their decks. But they noticed that those players aren’t level 14. I read on News Royale that you can unlock the cards after level 11 but it can’t be officially used until you reach level 14.
Just want to confirm Champions can be used in your decks before you reach level 14.
