Cannoneer Rework

Hi guys, I’m a strong lover of the Cannoneer, always have been. I feel as a Cannoneer player, and I’m certain other fellow Cannoneer players would agree, is the inconsistency of the Cannoneer’s damage output. For me I find it either shooting at nothing and then having to wait another 2.4 seconds for another shot or completely defending an opponents push easily. This can make Cannoneer feel sloppy to play with which is why most players don’t like to use him.

Here is my solution. Without changing any of the damage or stats of the Cannoneer, he has a reworked target priority where he prioritises the target with the most Hp. This would help keep consistency and prevent his overkill as often. This also gives opponents different playstyles against him as well as for defending, similar to the dagger duchess. Personally I think this will help Cannoneer feel more fluid without making him too strong as he would still struggle in bait matchups? What do you guys think? lmk

yeah I agree that would make him better at countering tanks which is what he was meant to do
