Badge PRO how long do you have to wait?

how long does it take for the API to validate the request to add a pro badge? I’ve been waiting for 4 weeks

This is the current criteria for the pro label:

We have chosen two requirements to help us decide if someone is a Pro in a fairly objective way. Pros will need both of the following:

  • Individual achievement of at least Tier 5 (See ③)
  • Team achievement of at least Tier 5 (See ②)

Looking at your profile, it doesn’t meet the requirement, so that might be it. I’m not responsible for handling esports profiles directly but that would be my guess.
