Hi, I requested an eSports profile on Feb 15 but have not gotten it yet. Is it just taking a long time or was it denied / not qualified? If either of the latter is correct, I would like to know why I was denied / not qualified and if this can be changed in any way. This question is often asked and I apologize for the inconvenience.
