Out of nowhere I was logged out, so of course I clicked log in to supercell id account and the verification code was supposedly sent to my email, however I never received it.
This I found in the comments of a reddit post which is exactly the same as my weird problem, so I now know that I’m not just alone in this.
I did contact SC via email and they responded that I should use in-game help and support, but whenever I try it it just says that it is unavailable in my region and nullifies the conversation. As I reflected this issue back to SC they appear to have no solution to this problem either, and now I’m in a predicament where even SC cannot help me.
The account I lost a few days ago had been my main account and only 6 cards away from fully maxed out, I really do hope to get the problem fixed.
