Solid WIP changes overall—feels pretty balanced and targeted. I like the buffs to Hero Wizard’s +25% pull strength, which should make him more fun and reliable after being kinda weak lately, and Evo PEKKA’s +5% healing on kills, rewarding aggressive play without going broken. Hero Musketeer’s faster deploy (2s → 1s) is huge and exciting, though dropping the turret range to 3.5 tiles is a big hit that might make it a sidegrade. Nerfs feel fair too: 3M’s slower hit speed after dominating forever, Graveyard’s wider spawn radius and new pattern to make it less consistent and braindead, plus light tweaks to Evo Witch and Hero Mini PEKKA that are almost QoL. Pretty reasonable patch so far, not too controversial.
There is a significant problem with the trend of fast spam decks with spell bytes. Evo wallbreakers, goblins with gum, Evo witches, and barrels with skeletons make up 99 percent of the decks in the meta. It is absurd that these metas are not being curtailed significantly!!! Or okay, dont curtail them, but upgrade long-cicle metas like Pekka or Golam and it will be fixed! Or at least improve the robbers card as it was years ago to tank against this spam
I feel like the 3M nerf should be different, more HP based. Their health is a little too much if you ask me. Evo Pekka’s buff will help revive the card some. GY nerf isn’t enough, if you place it to the edge of the tower, you’re still getting free damage. I still think that needs to be adjusted more
Three Musketeers nerf: Good
Evolved Witch nerf: Not enough. Unlike P.E.K.K.A, who attacks directly, Witch usually stays in the back, which makes the healing feel broken. Reducing or removing overheal would probably be next thing that they should do.
Hero Mini Pekka nerf: Really pointless, maybe they should decrease cooking per hit and increase the regular cooking
Graveyard nerf: Good, if this time this is really a nerf that change would be great to see.
Wizard buff: Okay. It’s fine, but I think the fact that Wizard is mostly a midladder card makes it hard to tell whether his hero version is actually good or not.
Evolved P.E.K.K.A buff: Okay buff
Hero Musketeer rework: I think it would kill this card honestly, at this point turret should have only slightly worse range or eventually damage.
Another thing I’d definitely look at balance-wise is Goblin Curse. I’d heavily reduce the spell’s raw damage, but add some kind of damage amplification, like 10-20%. Right now it’s mostly a gimmick card that doesn’t really work that well.
I’d also nerf all Spirits in some way, for example by giving them a separate speed category, so they don’t deal cheap tower damage when played alone and are actually used for defense instead.
Suspcious bush should get literally any nerf - it deals way too much damage for its cost.
Evo Wallbreakers and Evo Skeleton Barrel should have less HP and/or less death damage.
Why graveyard nerf brooo (I’m definetly not graveyard main). Anyways these balance changes are too “light”. I mean i could give them more ideas what to balance as well as many other people. They decide to buff evo pekka which was broken some months ago with goblin giant and she didn’t got any nerf. What about maybe buffing graveya… i mean barb hut, rune giant that are unplayable?
Graveyard nerf? I am not sure what you are talking about honestly since I didn’t mention grave yard, but if you mean cards that support graveyard then I just clearly can see that evo witch and evo skarmy are really op thats why I say they need nerf.
The changes are not too bad, but we need to buff some of the underrated troops like mega minion, bats, clone, mirror or get some new reworks. The meta seems always leaned against a specific set of troops, I love that clash royale is going towards more diverse and wide range of balanced troops so I believe some more buffs to some underrated ones would be great!
Feels like the same handful of cards receive all the attention month after month after month, while others get completely neglected. Would rather see underused cards like Void, Barb Hut, Rune Giant, and Night Witch get some love.
So,the mini PEKKA nerf is justified evwn after getting nerfed many times,I think 6ou can increase it to 24-25 seconds instead of 22. The hero Musketeer nerf is too much, even Bowler can outrange it. Maybe 4 tiles of range is good. Evolved Witch merf is completely unnecessary because it’s already decent.
