Will there be a half-price coin upgrade event in 2025?

Now that coin resources are limited and there’s no half-price upgrade event, my cards can’t be upgraded at all. Will this event return this year?

We don’t know, but I think there won’t be. It seems very harmful for the game economy, and promotes resource hoarding

Currently, there is no official confirmation from Supercell about bringing back the half-price upgrade event, popularly referred to as “Slash Royale,” in 2025. The last instance of this event was in October 2021, and there are no updates or confirmations of its return in the current year. Since coin resources are scarce and no such activity is planned, it’s best to plan your upgrades carefully and follow official Clash Royale media for any future updates.
