Cannot be reseted but rather Stops charging from 0.5 seconds

Royal recruits

Hp reduced by 7%
Damage reduced by 5 %

That sparky rework’s not that good I did add the that 50% damage reduction against air to the rework that I made for sparky (but I changed it it to 33%) I mean yes no reset and 3 hitspeed is a pretty decent buf buff but it changes too much and it’s the only one that’s actually a rework also stop recharge for 0.5 seconds is just redundant because stun and knockback already prevent it from attacking temporarily here’s the link to my post for reworks it also has other stuff and it does include actual reworks for royal recruits and elite barbs not phoenix though phoenix doesn’t need one.
