Yep, most likely. As I said earlier, they don’t have a good way to reset/backtrack progress and records for badges and other profile items. This usually means 2 things:
- if a player gets a result by mistake, they keep it
- if a player misses a result due to a bug, they don’t get it later
We’ve seen them add achievements manually from time to time, but on very rare occasions. I’ve never seen them overwrite results that have already been set. This issue falls in the latter category.
