Clash Royale should replace the obsolete unfun Goblin queen journey with a new mode for the grinders , a game mode that rewards you every battle with some cards / gold / etc… a brand new chest with no open time which gets better based on the league you are on that gamemode, reminiscent of the old league chests, clash royale could also rework clan wars into that specific gamemode so based on your clan work , you get imcreased rewards from the chest and also a weekly clan chest like the good old times. This would save clash royale and its p2w aspect and make it engaging and fun.
as a player who reachs ultimate champion every season, its really hard to get level 15’s. so having EWC’s back in the season shop could be good.
Since they can’t add card skins because of clarity, it would be great if instead we had special summoning effects when mastering a card or maybe even a special animation in a corner of the screen.
I would like to see a new mode like the goblin queen one but for skeletons it would super cool
I would suggest a better community engagement and creative control. Being given the opportunity, the community could vote for and discuss new cards, features, cosmetics, events and ideas.
I’d love to see more rewards for event challenges instead of just banners. Maybe some wild cards, evo shards, magic items etc.
2vs2 ladder 
The option to select which card shows you your clan war decks. So you know what deck to select by your win-con and not your first evo in each deck.
More Star levels for cards & more cards mastery missions.
Something where players can vote between 2 cards for example prince and dark prince. And the card with the most votes gets an evolution next season.
Add more cards per deck (I like the idea of only 2 more cards) and with this give a little more of cards in chests or events (more gifts) so to max a full deck will be not more complicated with this addition. It will be interesting to see more cards per deck, how the strategy would change, how the fast cycle decks will be not too faster, more deck variations, etc.

Internal Clan competitions, tournament, knockout bracket etc.
Additional clan control features, ban players who troll, etc.
The ability to move or recall certain units. Allowing more of a RTS gameplay and less reacting to how the units are preprogrammed. Could be its own game mode like Goblin Queen.

A revolution of clan wars, where you can play with one of your clan member in a 2v2 version of the duel mode, this I think can make a clan war more “clan” because you’ll play with an another clan member and more “war” 'cause is made by more than 1 battle

POL redesign, more steps, more leagues. We have had the same leagues for years. New UI for POL, new UI for leagues in POL.
Increased trophies for regular ladder. Many players have been maxed 9,000 on ladder for quite some time.
PRIVATE TOURNAMENTS REVAMP
Load into a game with random banner selection, load into game with random 8 emotes. Nobody likes to scroll through pages of emotes even on the favorites tab. Let’s switch it up and have a random button for both banners and emotes!
MORE CLAN BADGES
RAINBOW NAME for diamond pass players, GOLD NAME for regular pass players.

I think an awesome thing to add to the game would be too add a full custom mode with friendly and clan battles. Where you can set it any way you’d like. For example, if you wanted to play a draft game, but wanted to try it on 7x elixer or something. Who knows lol it could be neat.

Remove the cards for gems offer from the daily shop
Add clan chest back

Add wildcards back to the seaseaonshop

GC /CC/MdC tickets to join Challenges without using gems (maybe as a lucky drop reward?)
Add a season bank to the pass where for every 25 crowns earned you get a lucky drop (maybe capped at 20-25?)
