We need to incentivize more the clan wars by giving it better rewards or maybe a specific ranking that would allow to unlock the usual abilities.
For example if you have over xxx point in the clan war on week one you’re allowed to have one boosted card or one more Evo slot for week two to use in ladder/ranked
