Hello, I experienced the top ranking bug in August, and Supercell has just restored my ranking (4059). Would it be possible to display it on my profile? If so, here is my ID: #UPY2UYGRV. I also have another account from the same season that achieved a top ranking of 7411: #20YQPCG2PY. Would it be possible to combine everything on the same Royale API profile as well? Thank you.
Kidd, as I was telling Alpe, the Royale API has old snapshots; they need to update them, and then it will work.

API (Supercell Historical/Retroactive) = Correctly displays August completions

Live API Royale API (yours) = Still displays a value prior to the retroactive update, as it hasn’t fully merged with Supercell’s retroactive update.
Conclusion:
Historical API = Has the retroactive patch
Live API (Royale API) = Doesn’t yet have the retroactive patch because, logically, Supercell hasn’t merged the two; they operate separately. That’s the end of the matter.
