The volume of the new emote of the spirit empress from ranked is way too low. You can barely hear it when using it in game.
@SML @alpe123 Also why is there no bug report category? Bug reports shouldn’t be sent in the support category and there needs to be a category for bugs so more people can report them as there are many bugs. Supercell can easily view the category for bugs
There should be a category for bug reports. Bug reports should not be sent in the Support category it makes no sense. Nobody sends bug reports in the support category as its just everybody asking for support. There are too many bugs in-game and Supercell can easily view all the posts in the bug report category.

We welcome discussions about the game, but we cannot deal with game bugs ourselves. If there’s something very high priority, we can reach the devs fairly quickly; but if it isn’t urgent, reporting to game support is a more appropriate path.
I know that, but people still report game bugs in the Support category. There is a game bugs tag for this category but it would be more simple to have a category specific to bug reports instead of them being sent in Support category.
There are multiple posts about game bugs in this category that SML responds to, but the Support category should only be used for support and not for bug reports.
If I’m not wrong, RoyaleAPI and Supercell work closely together. A category for only bug reports would be much easier for Supercell as they can just view the category for bugs, as in-game support are not used often for bug reports.
Saying we work closely together may be a bit of an overstatement, we are essentially as any other content creator.
But sure, I see this could have some practical utility. I’m just not sure if we want to promote content unrelated to the site in this forum, so I’ll bring it up for discussion with the rest of the team. Thanks for the suggestion.
