It’s not “balanced” it’s just a trash evo and possibly the worst evo in the game right now.
Way too long to cycle too, easily counterable, barely any difference.
Point of a evo is to be a way better version of the card. This is just the same and it can be countered by so many cards.
Don’t call a trash evo “balanced”
