I have no idea when and how Supercell gonna distribute this banner. I also checked RoyalAPI article about the update, but there wasn’t any information about this, only about emotes and etc.

My guess would be that it’s either just a random drop, or maybe once the musketeer challenge mode thing drops, (the one where you’ll need either 12 or 20 wins y’know what I’m talking about) it will probably be a reward for winning that
